Melvin began working for Realty Management Services in 2002 as an on-site manager. In 2005, Melvin was promoted to Property Supervisor.

Melvin is a licensed California Real Estate Agent specializing in the management of single family, multifamily, and commercial property.

Melvin was born and raised in Bakersfield, attended Highland High School and Bakersfield College.

Melvin is married and has two active sons. Melvin enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and enjoys watching NASCAR.
